In my professional role as an Admin & Claims Manager at Karoomed (PTY) Ltd., I am responsible for submitting the Doctor’s and Ambulance service’s claims to medical aids, following up and handling HR duties. My work involves problem-solving in high-pressure environments, and I take pride in meeting deadlines and ensuring efficiency. I thrive on challenges and am always eager to learn and grow as both a professional and an entrepreneur. I'm self-motivated, self-disciplined and good at problem solving. I am also a part time student in my final year of studying Business Management remotely. I am good at following instructions and I always try to exceed expectations.
