I’m an account management and customer support professional based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with intermediate (B1) English. I bring a client-first approach to day-to-day service, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.

Most recently, I worked as an Account Consultant at Waves (part-time, Jan 2024 - Sep 2024), where I managed client accounts, handled customer service, and completed commercial follow-up. Before that, I was an Account Supervisor at Fatch (temporary, Jan 2023 - Dec 2023), supervising accounts and coordinating a small team.

Alongside my client-facing experience, I’ve been building practical no-code automation. As a freelance builder, I created a Telegram bot using n8n, integrating APIs and automating workflows to streamline processes.

I’m motivated by roles that combine ownership, organization, and responsive support—whether that’s managing accounts, assisting customers, coordinating operations, or supporting sales-related tasks. I also enjoy working in remote teams using tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Meet.
