I am a Certified Medical Assistant with broad clinical experience across primary care, hospital, and outpatient settings. I deliver hands-on patient care and support providers with clinical and administrative duties.

I manage prior authorizations, patient assistance paperwork, and ICD-10 coding while performing triage, vital signs, EKG monitoring, injections, and phlebotomy. I chart regularly in EMR systems and handle medication administration and medication refills.

I have served as an office manager and supervised groups for adults with mental disabilities, which strengthened my administrative leadership, staff orientation, and organizational skills. I also have extensive experience in patient registration, lab specimen collection, and short-term disability/FMLA paperwork.
