What I'm looking for

I seek research-focused roles where I can lead translational neuroscience projects, write grants, mentor students, and apply advanced statistical and lab skills to improve patient outcomes.

I am a neuroscientist with a Ph.D. focused on long-term cognitive and psychological effects of mild traumatic brain injury and extensive experience in clinical and preclinical research, large-data statistical analysis, and grant and manuscript preparation. I have worked across academic medical centers on projects including mTBI, Long COVID recovery, and neurodegenerative disease models, contributing to protocol development, patient recruitment, and advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses.

I bring deep laboratory proficiency (murine colony management, cranial surgery, PCR, Western blot, immunohistochemistry), programming and statistical skills (SQL, R, SPSS, SAS, Python), and teaching experience as an adjunct anatomy and biology instructor and graduate teaching assistant. I am committed to rigorous, translational research and effective scientific communication to advance patient-centered outcomes.
