What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue guiding students and youth through counseling, structured planning, and coordinated behavioral health support—working with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, strengthen safety and compliance, and foster an inclusive environment.

I’m a School Counselor who advises and counsels students on academic, educational, and emotional issues, delivering both individual and group support. I teach guidance classes, facilitate workshops for parents, and help students through individual planning and responsive services, including academic accommodations and modifications.

Before returning to school counseling, I led behavioral health teams at Graham Windham, supervising a team of 25 part-time service providers and overseeing high-impact service delivery for youth and families. I reviewed case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports; coordinated with interdisciplinary teams in high-risk meetings; trained staff on child development and mental health disorders; and managed intake processes and service assignment under CFTSS/HCBS programs.

I also served as a WSP Assistant Director and WSP Supervisor, supporting supervision structures, treatment planning, case conferences, recruitment, and staff retention while monitoring fiscal targets. Across roles, I’ve focused on effective protocols, compliant service delivery, and discharge planning—translating safety-focused crisis intervention expertise into sustained care and better outcomes.
