I expanded Family & Student Services at Central Wake High School, creating student-centered programs that increased access to behavioral health support, food security, transportation, healthcare, and essential resources.

I support more than 300 students annually through assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessments, safety planning, advocacy, referrals, and individualized service planning. I also coordinate schoolwide initiatives including a mental health resource fair, food pantry, hygiene closet, and community engagement events.

Previously, I led supportive housing and case management services for veterans at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, including program operations, staff supervision, grant compliance, housing stabilization, and crisis response across nine North Carolina counties. I build partnerships that connect students, families, veterans, and vulnerable communities with practical support.
