Hannah Pivaronas

I’m a School Social Worker and LCSW who brings a dynamic, passionate approach to helping children and teens succeed emotionally and academically. In my roles, I use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy alongside supportive counseling to meet students where they are and strengthen coping, communication, and resilience.

Right now, I serve as a School Social Worker, building rapport with each student to maintain consistent, trusting relationships. I manage a caseload that includes IEP students and general education students, and I also work with youth and families facing challenges such as homelessness, emancipation, and special needs. I regularly attend IEP and 504 plan meetings to ensure supports are accurate, coordinated, and centered on student needs.

In parallel, I work as a Therapist where I conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ emotions and mental health needs. I develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical best practices, then provide therapeutic interventions focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall functioning.

I’m especially committed to serving disadvantaged youth and supporting families and youth in need. I bring strengths in communication, crisis interventions, case/caseload management, and time management—so I can respond quickly, follow through consistently, and help create stability for the people I serve.
