I’m a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Support enthusiast with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers resolve issues efficiently. I focus on complaint handling, order inquiries, and customer follow-ups—always keeping interactions professional and customer-first.

Since 2024, I’ve gained remote simulation/practice experience as a Customer Support Intern, handling refund requests, order tracking, and complaint resolution through email and live chat. I’ve practiced ticket-based support using Zendesk/Freshdesk practice environments, learning how to prioritize urgent issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.

Before that, I supported day-to-day administrative tasks (2022–2023) by organizing documents, managing basic office data in Microsoft Excel/Word, and responding to messages professionally. I’m especially eager to contribute to a remote support team, learn advanced CRM tools quickly, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction in shift-based work.
