I’m a results-driven IT Support professional with practical experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, IT security, and end-user support. I focus on resolving hardware, software, and system issues efficiently while keeping services stable and secure.
In my current role as an IT Support Intern, I manage IT security and monitoring using Sophos, Microsoft Admin Portal, Azure AD, and ManageEngine. I also monitor IT systems for optimal performance, document technical procedures and solutions, and collaborate with senior IT staff to improve service delivery.
Before IT support, I built leadership experience as a Graphic Designer / Team Lead, coordinating workflows and ensuring timely delivery. That background strengthened my communication and analytical thinking—qualities I bring to IT service management, user support, and continuous improvement.
