What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on operations, logistics, dispatch, or customer service role where I can coordinate daily work, support clients and drivers, and keep deliveries, inventory, and administrative tasks running smoothly.

I've managed day-to-day operations at J Trucking, handling freight availability, dispatch, billing, invoices, route logs, warehouse inventory, and shipping packages.

I'm fully hands-on with pickups, deliveries, and white-glove service for high-end clients. I also keep warehouse operations organized and support drivers across daily routes.

Alongside trucking operations, I've worked as a concierge receptionist at Atria Senior Living, coordinating resident transportation, assisting with emergency needs, greeting visitors, and managing busy phones.

My background also includes direct resident support, dietary services, sales, and telemarketing. I currently drive a daily route servicing and disinfecting portable restroom units for use.
