I've built and scaled core engineering, mobile, SDET, QA, UX, content design, and Risk & Compliance teams at Zeta, where I own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Gamma and Risk & Compliance. I also lead consultant hiring for Risk & Compliance and partner with OU heads, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on market intelligence and business-critical hiring.

Previously, I established teams at Zynga, Tencent Games, and AJIO.com, including scaling Tencent's Bangalore team from 3 to over 40 employees.
