During my internship at EPIIC SKILL TECH, I supported end-to-end recruitment processes, which included sourcing, screening, and cold calling candidates to shortlist potential hires. I coordinated and scheduled interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. My experience in business development at Chakradhara Aerospace and Cargo Private Limited allowed me to conduct targeted research to identify and evaluate potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline.

My academic projects, such as analyzing the impact of employee welfare facilities on job satisfaction, have equipped me with valuable insights into employee needs and gaps in current welfare offerings. I am committed to fostering positive workplace relationships and enhancing employee engagement.
