I am looking for a role that allows me to enhance my clinical and administrative skills while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

I am a dedicated and competent Management Nurse with several years of acute care experience and a strong background in Quality Improvement and Utilization Management. With a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics, I have successfully led teams ranging from 25 to over 100 clinicians throughout my career. My passion lies in improving the health of populations and promoting the overall well-being of patients.

In my recent role as a Clinical Manager at WellCare Home Health, I oversaw the assignment of care and ensured the clinical integrity of practice through thorough chart audits and daily orders reconciliation. I am committed to mentoring clinicians, enhancing their competencies in clinical assessment, and ensuring efficient care delivery.
