I’m a staff accountant who thrives on meticulous, organized work that keeps operations running smoothly. In my recent role at Elliott Homes, I code production invoices for 12 California communities, collect superintendent invoice approvals daily, and reconcile vendor account statements.
I also manage the full utility-billing workflow—coding and paying online utility bills across California and Arizona inventory. I process petty cash transactions, prepare weekly vendor payments (50–200 checks) plus ACH payments, handle invoice payments for employee credit cards, and code incoming checks and remote bank deposits.
