I’m an autonomous, detail-oriented professional who thrives in international and dynamic settings. I focus on combining customer success, client operations, and compliance so international teams can move faster with confidence.

In my Client Service Officer role, I handle client operation monitoring and problem solving, manage accounts, and perform compliancy checks. I strengthen customer relationships through customer success support, cross-cultural communication, and clear handling of client inquiries, while coordinating projects and daily operations.

Previously, as a Data Officer (Young Talent), I supported data analysis & reporting, data management, and workflow optimization.
