What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote, fractional Program and Delivery Manager engagements with boutique technology and data consultancies or seed/Series A startups, typically 10 to 20 hours per week.

At QUALTOP, I led AWS cloud migration programs for HSBC México and Seguros Monterrey NYL. I managed a portfolio of five concurrent PODs and aligned business and technology stakeholders across two accounts.

I tracked executive dashboards with 10 key KPIs to support C-level decisions. I also documented processes and supported compliance work, including an audit that closed with no critical observations.

At an independent Oracle NetSuite Cloud ERP implementation, I led alignment between business and technology teams and tracked backlogs using Scrum. At ITERA – Televisa Corporate, I led stakeholder alignment during financial-platform UAT and tracked reported incidents.

Earlier, at HP LATAM, I coordinated the HP Store rollout across LATAM and prepared documentation and KPIs for migrating Partner Sales Support to HP's shared-services hub in Costa Rica. I help boutique technology and data consultancies and seed/Series A startups deliver initiatives with clear governance, budget control, and executive visibility, in remote engagements typically lasting 10 to 20 hours per week.
