What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an energy efficiency role where I can lead program implementation, manage budgets and reporting, coordinate partners, and drive measurable community outcomes while meeting regulatory requirements.

I’m a Senior Energy Efficiency Analyst at Cape Light Compact, JPE, leading Mass Save program implementation for the Income Eligible residential offering across Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard. I focus on practical execution—building strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders while keeping program operations aligned to community needs.

In this role, I manage an annual budget of ~$20M and contribute to multi-year planning filed with the Department of Public Utilities, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with regulatory standards. I also coordinate delivery through clear milestone tracking, proactive communication, and ongoing reporting that helps sustain eligibility and operational success.

From January 2023 to January 2026, I led Green Communities grant application processes for Cape and Vineyard communities, securing over $3M in competitive funding and managing grant reporting throughout the project lifecycle. I track municipal energy consumption and file annual reporting for participating towns, and I direct external engineering teams and utility partners to keep projects on time and customer experience strong.

Earlier in my career, I brought this same execution mindset to economic development work with the Town of Chapel Hill, including spearheading economic recovery initiatives with CARES and ARPA funding and directing redevelopment planning for a town-owned Brownfield site. I’ve also supported emergency management operations under the NIMS response model and managed day-to-day program and administrative operations—so I’m comfortable leading through deadlines, complexity, and stakeholder scrutiny.
