I'm looking to lead regional real estate, facilities, workplace strategy, or infrastructure portfolios where I can optimize CAPEX/OPEX, deliver complex projects, develop teams, and create scalable, efficient workplaces across Latin America.

At Prosegur, I manage infrastructure and site-adaptation projects with a budget exceeding USD 2M, using MS Project to control schedules, costs, contractors, and operational continuity.

Previously at Raízen (Shell) and Despegar, I led corporate, industrial, facilities, procurement, and real estate operations across Latin America. I managed up to USD 15M in CAPEX/OPEX, more than 20,000 m², and multidisciplinary teams across 10 countries, delivering a 30% reduction in regional OPEX through lease, space, and service renegotiations.

I'm an architect who combines workplace strategy, business cases, brand standards, change management, and project delivery.
