I’m a “Specialist in Project and Construction Management,” known for being flexible, collaborative, and empathic. I’m driven by a continuous desire to learn new fields around the world, and I aim to keep projects aligned with client objectives as the foundation for evolving.

In recent work at Banco Hipotecario, I’ve served as a Construction Auditor within Urbanism Development, supporting construction governance through structured tracking and documentation. I bring a practical, results-oriented mindset that translates planning into reliable execution and clear accountability.

Previously, as part of Cushman & Wakefield, I managed remodeling of Santander Bank branch banks, balancing schedule, scope, and coordination for complex operational environments. I also supported construction auditing and strategic tracking through “Progr.Procrear” at Hipotecario Bank, including local council and civil/services procedure tracking, plus post-selling building maintenance follow-up.

Earlier in my career, I worked across site and project management—planning and tracking industrial and corporate constructions, overseeing regional office projects, and coordinating quality control and suppliers. I strengthen my delivery with tools and methods such as MS Project planning, construction tracking, BIM/Autocad/Revit, and continuous training in Lean Construction and Agile Scrum.
