As an art director working predominantly remotely, I led the development of branding and ad campaigns, also ensured alignment with existing client brand guidelines. During 5 years as a senior designer in the design agency, I worked on brand identities and advertising campaigns for a diverse range of clients, from startups and real estate development projects to prominent organizations like Latvia State Bank and Latvian Radio and Television. My role also included creating illustrations and web design concepts for brands.

At the design agency, I worked on developing packaging, creating brand identities, and producing illustrations tailored to project needs. I gained in-depth knowledge of print specifics and techniques, ensuring high-quality results. I cworked closely with clients, and collaborated with web designers as part of a team, blending creativity and teamwork to deliver cohesive designs.

At the agency, I focused on creating campaigns and POS materials that adhered to the established brand guidelines of large companies. I worked on developing creative projects that aligned with the client’s identity while bringing fresh, ideas to the table. It was a role that required collaboration, attention to detail, and understanding of branding and campaign development.

In this role at a large printing house, I worked on creating and refining brand identities, ensuring they aligned with clients' visions. I managed the print process from material selection to the final product, gaining insights into print technologies and techniques. Additionally, I collaborated directly with clients, combining their input with technical knowledge to deliver outstanding results.

In this role, I delivered lectures on graphic design, its history, design thinking, and branding, providing a comprehensive foundation for adult students. I guided the study process, led exams, and developed creative tasks tailored to young professionals from diverse fields, encouraging exploration and innovation in their work. It was an engaging and collaborative teaching experience.

At a design and interior agency, I worked on moodboards and branding for interior and architecture projects, ensuring cohesive and inspiring visuals. I also designed packaging and managed the print and production processes both in Latvia and abroad. Additionally, I created brand identities, blending visual storytelling with strategic design approaches.
