I’m a highly versatile, data-driven professional who combines classroom educational experience with extensive client management expertise to transition into a Customer Success Consultant role. I’m known for spearheading user onboarding, optimizing digital solution adoption, and interpreting complex performance analytics to secure stakeholder retention.
In my current role as a 7th Grade RLA Educator, I manage end-to-end instructional onboarding and platform engagement for 100+ active day-to-day stakeholders. I use strategic data tracking and performance diagnostics tools (STAAR & MAP) to monitor engagement trends and adapt methodologies to maximize growth milestones, while serving as the core relationship partner to align user goals and drive continuous satisfaction.
Previously, as a Retail Associate Manager during the Sprint / T-Mobile Merger, I led customer success and account operations across high-stakes corporate integration. I guided customers and internal teams through intensive digital platform updates, policy rollouts, and billing migrations to minimize churn, protect brand loyalty, and manage comprehensive account dynamics and continuous migration roadmaps.
I also bring strong risk and resolution leadership: I head critical client friction points and technical operational hurdles to ensure swift resolution and excellent customer satisfaction scores.
