What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategy, governance, partnerships, and organizational growth for mission-driven institutions navigating complex public, civic, or philanthropic challenges.

I've directed more than $20 million in public investments and grant-funded initiatives while building the District of Columbia Department of Corrections' centralized grants management function and accountability systems.

At Resonance Network, I lead resource mobilization and organizational strategy for a national nonprofit advancing democratic practice, community leadership, and long-term movement infrastructure. I partner with executive leadership to align priorities, institutional funding strategies, cross-functional execution, and sustainable growth.

As Executive Director of Moss Justice Partners and Founder of the Colm Center for Collaborative Innovation, I lead strategy, operations, fundraising, governance, and partnerships that strengthen organizations working for justice and institutional resilience.

My work bridges government, philanthropy, research, academia, and nonprofits. I bring experience in policy implementation, evaluation, organizational development, and translating ambitious ideas into practical action.
