Larissa Gray

I’m a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) focused on improving outcomes through functional analysis, behavior service plans, and rigorous data collection. In my BCaBA roles at Room for Growth ABA and ThearChoice ABA, I lead behavior service plan development and implementation, evaluate data, and support staff through supervision.

I build treatment plans that strengthen communication and social skills. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Missing Piece ABA, I implemented behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and used ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. I also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive care.

Before that, I delivered one-on-one therapy sessions as an RBT at IBHS, concentrating on skill development and behavior management. I maintained detailed records of client progress, communicated findings with supervisors and families, and assisted in training new staff members on company protocols and therapeutic techniques.

Beyond clinical work, I bring a structured, safety-minded approach from my Lifeguard experience, including providing emergency care and first aid as needed. I also leverage my background in medical office management and coding through skills like medical coding, ICD-9/ICD coding, CPT coding, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
