I'm building PalFind, a mobile friendship-matching app — from problem definition and user research through MVP requirements, prioritization, user flows, testing, and iteration. I work closely with engineers to balance user value, technical constraints, and delivery decisions, turning ambiguity into a working product.
That instinct comes from 10+ years at the Embassy of Sweden in Armenia, coordinating multi-year programs across government, international, NGO, and private-sector stakeholders. I translated broad objectives into concrete plans, managed budgets, risks, dependencies, and timelines — and consistently delivered in environments where alignment was harder to get than the work itself. I bring that same discipline, plus PSPO and Scrum Master certification, to product delivery today.
