What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can create meaningful content, build supportive communities, and help people through coaching, education, communication, and compassionate leadership.

I founded Surviving and Thriving Coaching and host the Surviving and Thriving Podcast, creating supportive digital spaces around chronic illness, ADHD, women’s health, and mental wellness.

I develop coaching programs, produce podcast episodes, manage social media, create Canva graphics and promotional campaigns, coordinate guests, and build engaged online communities through authentic outreach. My work combines content creation, communication, organization, and compassionate client support.

I also bring more than a decade of early childhood education experience, including leading classrooms, supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs, collaborating with families, and mentoring girls through my church.
