I’m a professional customer service worker with experience across retail and front desk operations, backed by strong communication, conflict resolution, and public-facing professionalism. I bring a safety-first mindset, focused on monitoring activity, reducing risk, and keeping environments calm and organized.

In my retail role, I assisted customers in a fast-paced setting while monitoring sales floor activity to help maintain a safe, organized store environment. I handled cash transactions, returns, and customer concerns, and worked closely with my team to support daily operations.

As a front desk clerk, I greeted visitors, managed check-ins and scheduling, and monitored building entry while communicating with staff about visitors and deliveries. I also completed food production work while following safety procedures and maintaining sanitation standards, and I hold an active California BSIS Guard Card (activated June 2026), and I’m seeking a full-time remote position.
