I'm looking for a talent acquisition leadership role where I can lead high-volume hiring, workforce planning, recruitment teams, vendor partnerships, and city-level hiring strategy.

At Eatskart, I lead city-level talent acquisition, coordinating recruiters, setting hiring targets, planning manpower needs, and tracking recruitment performance.

I've closed 1,000+ positions across logistics, BFSI, FMCG, sales, operations, and support functions. I’ve also led bulk hiring projects for Flipkart and Blinkit and managed mandates for McDonald's, Zepto, Swiggy, Paytm, Justdial, and other brands.
