What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote or US-facing senior delivery role where customer outcomes, engineering efficiency and modern automation are prioritized.

At Infosys, I led mission-critical global engagements for Microsoft, HPE, Motorola and Suncorp, with responsibility for 24x7 production support, service transitions and major-incident governance.

I delivered enterprise analytics, master-data, BI and application-support programs, coordinating across interdependent applications and data platforms. I also supported legacy-to-modern transitions, including enterprise Siebel retirement.

I drove operational modernization through agentic-AI incident-triage proposals, Dynatrace observability, Control-M orchestration and automated test frameworks, contributing to approximately 40% reduction in manual effort.

I built offshore and cross-border delivery teams of up to 100+ and created capability roadmaps that helped junior engineers take on higher-tier support. I’m seeking a remote or US-facing senior delivery role that prioritizes customer outcomes, engineering efficiency and modern automation.
