Managed the migration of a Lotus Notes-based application (B-Smart) to Java/JEE platform for MasterCard, including data migration to Oracle database and re-writing business-critical modules. Oversaw enhancements and maintenance releases for the B-SMART Lotus Notes application, serving as the single point of contact for the customer.

Responsible for professional services, customer support, and product training for IntelliVIEW and IntelliPRINT reporting products. Developed POCs/Pilots and implemented reporting solutions for customers using these products. Led a team of 12 developers, testers, and customer support specialists.
