I am an aspiring HR professional with practical experience in employee documentation, SAP HR processes, and HR compliance. I focus on accuracy, process improvement, and supporting end-to-end HR operations.

During an HR internship at Rashtriya Chemical and Fertilizers Ltd, I verified 50+ employee documents, streamlined PF documentation to reduce processing delays, managed SAP HR data entry for new hires with full compliance, and coordinated a worker gate-pass system to improve tracking and security.
