I’m looking for a Senior Team Lead role where I can improve tenant relations and operational efficiency, leveraging my operational coordination experience and CAFM systems to strengthen service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a customer service professional with over 10 years of experience in high-traffic retail environments, representing the mall as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors. I’m known for ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction while handling high-pressure situations and conflict resolution.

In my current role, I operate CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems to log, track, and coordinate maintenance requests between tenants and internal departments. I also manage day-to-day tenant inquiries, resolve operational and service issues quickly, and guide team members on mall policies and customer engagement protocols—so operations run smoothly and tenant relations stay strong.
