What I'm looking for

I am seeking a mid-level administrative or customer-service role in a collaborative company where I can apply inventory and client-management skills, grow professionally, and take on supervisory responsibilities.

I am a flexible and experienced insurance administrator with excellent time management and interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

I worked at Amazon (2019-2023) in customer service and served as Designer & Supervisor at the Arab Engineering Office; I also have experience with the Social Security Corporation.

I hold a Diploma in Architectural Engineering (Arab community college, 2012-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Jarsh University, which give me a practical mix of technical and legal understanding.

I bring strengths in inventory management, documentation, client management and negotiation, with fluency in Arabic and strong English skills, and a consistent drive to learn and take on new challenges.
