I'm seeking an AR Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or Training Manager role in Dubai/UAE where I can combine RCM operations and learning design to deliver measurable training outcomes.

At Omega Healthcare Services, I design and deliver AthenaNet and end-to-end RCM training covering charge entry, claim submission, denial management, AR follow-up, and payment posting.

Previously at Gebbs Healthcare Solutions, I built ADDIE-based training for batches of 15–49 learners, created SCORM-compliant e-learning in iSpring Suite, and delivered certified Voice & Accent coaching for US payer communication.

My foundation comes from managing AR across 16+ practices at Healthprime International. I turn real payer calls, denials, payment posting, and claim-resolution workflows into scenario-based learning that supports production readiness.
