What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can support teams as a Virtual Assistant—owning calendar and inbox management, customer support, and organized data entry—while using my bilingual communication and digital tools to keep work fast and accurate.

I’m a proactive, detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of ESL teaching experience and 5+ years in customer-facing roles. Bilingual in Spanish and English, I’m highly organized and tech-savvy, and I enjoy turning clear communication into results.

In my teaching work, I designed structured lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards, created engaging materials, and tracked progress through formative and summative assessments.
