What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote customer service or virtual assistant roles where I can support customers, manage administrative tasks, and communicate professionally in fast-paced environments while continuing to learn and grow.

I’m a professional and motivated college student at the University of Maine, participating in the Naval Preparatory Program (NPP). I’m driven by a strong interest in remote administrative, customer service, and support-based roles where clear communication and reliability matter.

Through my experience as a McDonald’s Crew Member, I delivered professional customer service in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate and efficient. I managed multiple responsibilities at once—order handling, teamwork coordination, and customer support—while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and company standards.

I’m recognized for adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. I bring active listening, problem-solving, and professional communication to every interaction, along with time management and organization to keep work running smoothly.

I’m comfortable working independently and in team-based environments, and I learn new systems and technology quickly. I’m seeking remote customer service, virtual assistant, administrative support, and entry-level professional roles where I can contribute and grow.
