I’m seeking a procurement or supply-chain role where I can reduce material and shipping costs, strengthen vendor performance, manage PO/PR cycles, and ensure on-time deliveries with compliant documentation.

I’m a procurement professional with 15+ years of experience in Qatar, currently working at CMTC-Qatar as Senior Procurement Executive. I focus on reducing total costs (materials, shipping, and clearance) while keeping operations supplied through disciplined planning and PO execution.

At CMTC-Qatar, I perform materials costing, prepare weekly schedules of incoming shipment, and review stock on hand, seasonality, pending orders, delivery time, and client orders to draft purchase orders. I also push timely delivery for open POs and coordinate closely with sales so material availability matches customer needs.

I manage the vendor side end-to-end: interviewing suppliers for pricing, payment terms, delivery, and services; securing quotations from at least three vendors; and preparing comparison reports. I negotiate intelligently to achieve the best deal, then follow up on delayed and delinquent deliveries, supported by proper documentation workflows.

Previously at AMERTRON GLOBAL as Planner/Buyer, I planned and procured chemicals, gases, liquid nitrogen, packing materials, and outside services, using daily stock checks and forecasting to generate “Hand to Buy List” and purchase requisitions. I also coordinated with IQC and production for urgent needs, prepared monthly budgets, and ensured targets for PR/PO cycle time—strengthening supply continuity.
