I’m a Senior Commercial Counsel with 5+ years of structuring and negotiating cross-border agreements across transportation, heavy equipment, and technology-enabled services. I own the full commercial contract lifecycle end-to-end, from carrier and platform terms to dealer/distribution frameworks and partnership/reseller contracts.

In my recent role, I operated as the sole legal resource with full ownership of the commercial contract function, drafting, negotiating, and closing 40+ agreements. I supported a $5–7M revenue pipeline by advising sales and operations leadership in real time on liability allocation, indemnification structures, limitation clauses, and risk trade-offs with international counterparties.

I build contract infrastructure, including template suites and negotiation playbooks, so commercial teams can handle standard agreements independently. I’ve also strengthened cross-border privacy compliance by advising on GDPR-compliant DPAs, privacy notices, and data handling obligations for EU–US data flows.

Earlier, I structured and negotiated primary dealership agreements for the Georgian market and managed sub-dealer agreements that established distribution networks across Turkey and Armenia. Before that, I worked fully remotely as Legal Counsel / Compliance Manager, drafting and reviewing 50+ cross-border commercial agreements and managing US regulatory and corporate compliance processes.
