I’m looking for a role where I can support people with empathy, guide them through health or mental health goals, and help them take small, practical steps—using strong communication, case management, and customer-focused service.

I’m a Next Step Health Consultant and Behavioral Case Manager who genuinely cares about helping people through daily challenges. I’m a quick learner who can take a leadership role or work as part of a team, bringing patience, understanding, and empathy to every situation.

At Personify Health/Next Step Consultant Guide, I listened to members’ health challenges, encouraged small steps toward goals, explained how to navigate their health and wellness account, shared available benefits, and booked appointments with the right coaches. Previously at CorAspire Mental Health and Wellness Center as a Behavioral Case Manager, I delivered behavioral case management and behavioral rehab, helping clients access essentials and regain track with their behaviors, and I strengthened my crisis-support foundation during my HearMe empathy listener internship by answering calls and providing crisis hotline information.
