I seek roles that combine clinical leadership and healthcare technology—product, implementation, or director positions where I can drive outcomes, mentor teams, and improve patient care through pragmatic, compliant solutions.

I am an RN with a BSN and 25 years' experience in post-acute care, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement, who transitioned into healthcare product management. I have led clinical operations as a DON, QAPI administrator, and RN case manager while achieving high outcomes on Star Ratings, CAHPS, VBP, and ACO models.

More recently I have driven product development for healthcare software and EHR solutions, applying SCRUM and Agile methodologies, using JIRA for delivery, and supporting client adoption as an implementation specialist and account manager. I am committed to improving patient outcomes by integrating clinical insight with technology and process improvement.
