I've supported NASA through IT contracts since 2013, coordinating conference operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing high-level customer support to tenants, civil servants, and onsite visitors.

In my current Conference Support Specialist/Coordinator role, I manage multiple calendars and conference rooms daily, assist with safety inspections and audit preparation, and maintain records and documentation. I use Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, macOS, and Microsoft Office to keep operations organized and responsive.

Previously, I supported NASA procurement as an Accounting Clerk III and Documentation Specialist II. I tracked PR status updates, created and corrected milestone plans, monitored COR training hours in Satern, coordinated procurement training, and improved office policies and procedures.

I'm a detail-oriented multitasker who communicates clearly, works independently and collaboratively, and enjoys finding ways to improve operations. I'm seeking a full-time opportunity where I can grow through new responsibilities and career possibilities.
