At Fusion Markets, I lead data and trading infrastructure and moved the team to spec-driven, AI-assisted delivery, cutting build cycles from four to six weeks to two. I designed a governed agentic delivery pattern with audit trails and a human merge gate.

I rebuilt the data platform as a serverless lakehouse, cutting the codebase by 74% and maintenance effort by 90%. I also scaled the team from two to six and secured $1 million a year through vendor renegotiation.

Across financial markets, I’ve built data platforms, ML risk systems and AI products, including two products at 99Bottles.AI & Ask Eddy and an FX risk system at SpreadDoctor. I’ve led data and engineering teams of up to 20, and I’m currently building Talkie and Taskie.
