Built an open-source multi-agent orchestration framework with a routing layer and coordinating agent. Integrated multiple LLM APIs and developed live workflows for algorithmic trading and research automation.

Architected end-to-end predictive pipelines from raw signal to automated client reporting. Owned a new commercial analytics product end to end, including scoping, build, validation, and client handover.

Built time-series ML regression models linking genomic and clinical data to patient outcomes. Co-led an AI-assisted data-governance platform and represented CSIRO in a federated learning consortium.

Validated ML signals for predictive analytics and anomaly detection across financial datasets. Built predictive models for bid/ask price movement using feature engineering and regression.

Designed and implemented a statistical model for sequence reconstruction, benchmarking multiple inference methods. Applied MCMC to quantify uncertainty, leading to a first-author publication.

Conducted MCMC simulation for the Phyloland R package and contributed to SNP annotation and database development with the ENCODE consortium.
