What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on culinary role where I can lead kitchen service, work diverse stations, grow into supervisory responsibilities, and contribute to high-quality guest experiences.

I am a hospitality graduate and experienced line cook who excels across grill, sauté, pastry, and banquet stations. I bring hands-on experience from resorts, restaurants, and clubs in the United States and the Philippines.

I have led kitchen teams during busy service periods, managed inventory and prep work, and supported fine-dining and banquet operations including menu execution for Lane17. I consistently maintain organization by labeling, sorting, and organizing food inventory each shift.

My training includes culinary internships and on-the-job experience in garde manger, pastry, broiler, and prep stations, and I hold a Google Data Analytics certification in progress where I am learning Excel, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau. I have competed in culinary events and served in working committees during food-focused city events.

I am eager to apply my culinary skills, team leadership, and growing data-analysis capabilities to contribute reliably to a hospitality team focused on high-quality guest service and continuous improvement.
