What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance and operations where I can turn complex funding, budgets, systems, and governance into clear priorities, practical plans, and durable organizational capacity.

I've led finance, operations, HR, IT, compliance, and administration at Oregon Social Learning Center as revenue doubled from $8M to $16M while headcount remained lean. I built the organization’s first five-year financial plan, a 40-metric dashboard, and a board-adopted $1.2M operating reserve policy.

As Consulting CFO at Rightline Advisory, I lead cash forecasting, reforecasting, accounting oversight, internal controls, audit readiness, and grant compliance across multi-entity organizations. I’ve secured $720k in debt financing for an $8M consumer products group and built operating and valuation models for a four-entity AI research and SaaS startup.

Earlier, I led operating finance planning for AC Transit’s $500M transit district, redirecting $25M in budget capacity to higher-priority investments. I bring more than 15 years of experience turning financial, operational, and governance complexity into clear decisions and executable plans.
