I'm seeking a finance and operations leadership role where I can strengthen controls, improve financial transparency, lead high-performing teams, and provide executives with actionable insights for strategic decisions.

At Volunteers of America Western Washington, I provide strategic financial leadership for a nonprofit organization serving more than 800 employees. I lead agency-wide budgeting, contract financial management, cash flow, reporting, audit coordination, and capital project oversight while managing a team of 12 accounting professionals.

I've strengthened financial transparency through monthly financial statement review, variance investigation, funder contract oversight, and executive reporting. I also reorganized department workflows to improve efficiency and reinforce month-end close activities, while contributing to successful financial and single audits.

Previously at Snelson Companies, I analyzed pipeline construction project performance through forecasting, cost reporting, AR/AP analysis, and project financial reviews. At ORCA Spa & Pool, I restored accurate financial reporting and reduced unsecured debt by approximately 80% within 20 months through analysis, restructuring, and operational improvements.

As the owner of Cascade Candy Company, I built a specialty confectionery business from the ground up, leading finance, operations, staffing, purchasing, production planning, and customer service.
