What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to help growth-stage and middle-market companies strengthen profitability, liquidity, financial reporting, capital readiness, and enterprise value through hands-on CFO, FP&A, accounting advisory, and finance transformation leadership.

I've built finance, accounting, reporting, and internal-control infrastructure from the ground up, helping MCA Communications grow from approximately $500K to $43M in annual revenue and 250+ employees. As CFO, I led FP&A, treasury, banking, GAAP reporting, audit readiness, and executive decision support across multi-state operations.

Through ExeCFO, I advise growth-stage and middle-market companies on profitability, liquidity, capital strategy, forecasting, and value creation. I build 13-week cash-flow forecasts, multi-year financial models, budgets, KPI dashboards, scenario analyses, and lender-ready capital packages.

I've led ERP transformations across Solomon IV, Sage 300, and Acumatica, managed a $12M asset-based credit facility with a $3M accordion, and supported M&A, valuation, due diligence, and ownership-transition initiatives.
