I'm looking to lead nonprofit financial operations, controls, reporting, and forecasting work where I can improve workflows, support compliant funding decisions, and develop finance teams.

At Public Health Institute, I lead revenue operations, AR oversight, and general ledger integrity for a $300M+ nonprofit serving 500+ programs. I oversee $20M+ in monthly billings across federal, state, local, and private funding arrangements while supporting compliant revenue recognition, close, forecasting, and reporting.

I build practical financial workflows, close trackers, and refreshable Excel dashboards that clarify aging balances, unbilled receivables, collection priorities, and reporting issues. I’ve also led teams of 5–20 analysts and specialists, strengthened reconciliations and controls, and bring earlier development finance experience in cash-flow forecasting, ROI analysis, capital calls, and bank draws.
