What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernize cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and customer-facing products while shaping technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and improving operational excellence.

At Etsy, I build marketplace services for seller onboarding, catalog ingestion, inventory synchronization, and fulfillment using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Kafka. I also deliver React and TypeScript operational tools that simplify seller-support workflows.

I lead cloud-native modernization work across Kubernetes on AWS EKS, event-driven microservices, Redis caching, Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and end-to-end observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana. I’ve also integrated OpenAI APIs and RAG capabilities into internal support tooling.

Previously at McKinsey, Adobe, and Edward Jones, I modernized enterprise platforms, built secure APIs, improved database performance, and strengthened delivery and testing practices. I enjoy setting engineering standards, mentoring teams, and making distributed systems easier to operate and evolve.
