I am a licensed Property and Casualty insurance representative with nearly three years of experience in customer service, sales, and account management. I developed my foundation through internship and full-time roles at State Farm, where I managed client relationships and policy servicing.

As an Account Representative I managed a large book of business, provided quotes, processed policy changes, cross-sold life and health products, and served as the in-office claims specialist to help clients through difficult situations. Earlier, as an intern I created marketing materials, handled customer calls, and supported administrative operations to improve office efficiency.

I am passionate about helping customers protect what matters while simplifying insurance processes, and I seek opportunities to grow my sales and claims expertise within a collaborative, customer-focused team.
