What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, AI operations, or data annotation role where I can solve customer issues, improve AI systems through high-quality feedback, and contribute my English and Russian communication skills.

I've supported customers at SKS through live chat and email, helping with website navigation, payment processing, promotions, tickets, and platform access issues using JIRA, HelpDesk, and CRM systems.

At Outlier AI, I evaluated and ranked generative AI responses for accuracy, factual consistency, and safety, applying scoring rubrics and detailed feedback to improve LLM training data. I also bring census field mapping and data collection experience from the Electoral Commission of Zambia, along with English and Russian language skills.
